中文摘要: 互联网已经成为一个经济生态系统。研究互联网的未来发展,必须综合考虑技术因素和经济因素。互联网经济性问题已经成为学术界的关注热点。互联网经济性问题定义如下:互联网参与者的经济行为存在多方冲突和合作关系,其均衡结果会影响互联网技术问题的解决,阻碍互联网资源的优化配置和互联网体系结构本身的演进。互联网技术性问题研究已经较为成熟,但经济性问题研究仍然比较初步,需要进一步系统研究,并与技术性研究有效结合。本项目的研究重点是通过对多方冲突合作的分析和建模来指导技术问题的解决,提出结合技术因素和经济因素的新机制,实现网络资源优化配置和网络本身的健康发展,具体研究内容包括:(1)互联网中经济性问题的定位和内涵。(2)互联网参与者博弈模型和资源优化模型的建立。(3)跨层次的互联网经济性分析和评估框架的设计。(4)通过互联网经济性问题实例验证提出的模型与框架。

英文摘要: The Internet has become an economic ecosystem. In order to research the future development of the Internet, we should overall take the technology and economic factors into consideration. The economic issues associating with the Internet have turned into the focus of attention for academic circles. The issue is defined as follows: there exist conflicts and cooperation in economics behaviors of the Internet participators, whose equilibrium outcomes could affect the solution of technology problems in the Internet, and impede the optimal configuration of Internet resources and the evolution of Internet architecture. Many researchers have worked on technology issues for years, but the research on economic issues in the Internet has just started. Therefore, this kind of topics should be studied systematically and combined with technology research. The key idea of this project is to derive solution for technology issues by analyzing and modeling the process of conflicts and cooperation, present a novel mechanism, and implement optimum development of the Internet. The details include: (1) the orientation and connotation of economic issues in the Internet; (2) the construction of game model and resources optimal configuration model for Internet participators; (3) the design of economic cross-layer and evaluating framework; (4) verifying the correctness of the proposed models and frameworks.
