中文摘要: 如何实现网络的高效节能,是目前互联网研究中受到极大关注的前沿问题。本项目围绕IP协议体系架构,对绿色节能互联网的基础理论模型及关键技术展开研究。主要工作包括:根据器件设备内在能耗规律,提出基于遗传算法的最小中值二乘法和模糊神经网络的能耗建模方法,保证能耗模型的精度与灵敏度;为全面反映绿色节能互联网综合性能,在定义网络能耗评价指标参数的基础上,提出基于多属性决策的评价模型设计方法;为应对IP协议收敛速度慢、节能操作滞后效应明显的问题,提出基于"先应"思想以线下方式预置多张节能拓扑,以线上方式作拓扑切换和拥塞处理;挖掘节能技术内涵,将其与网络生存性技术结合,提出纯IP方式下的节能无环替代路算法和MPLS方式下的TE-Tunnel保护资源绿色共享算法,使生存性技术兼顾节能要求;对上述研究成果进行集成,构建统一高效的绿色节能互联网体系架构。鉴于现有文献中尚无相关研究思路,因此本项研究属创新研究。

英文摘要: The concept of energy efficient Internet has begun to spread in the past few years, gaining increasing popularity. This project proposal researchs on theoretical model and key technologies for energy efficient Internet on the context of IP protocol architecture. The work of project is illustrated in the following. First, according to inherent energy law of network equipments,we propose two energy model design methods: i) the least median of squares based on genetic algorithm; ii) fuzzy neural network, guaranteeing the accuracy and sensitivity for energy model. Second, after re-defining network energy parameters, we use the algorithm of multiple attribute decision making to construct the evaluation model, which reflects the general performance of energy efficient Internet. Third, considering the slow convergence speed of IP protocol, the operations of energy saving in networks is always been prolonged. Therefore, based on "proactive" ieda,we propose the pre-planned multiple energy efficient topologies offline, and switching of topologies && traffic congestion control online.In our opinion, the "proactive multiple topologies"method can provide effective energy mangement for IP networks.
