中文摘要: 中央空调运行阶段的实时调控具有很大的节能潜力,而准确的实时负荷是空调系统调控和按需供能的基础。传统负荷计算方法模型复杂,建模困难,实时性难以满足要求;而负荷预测方法需预知大量历史数据,难以反映动态因素,影响了准确性和实用性。本项目以面向空调运行调控的实时负荷软测量建模为目标,首先对空调房间温度场进行模拟分析与特征点表征,以有限特征点表征无限温度场,并建立房间基准温度模型;其次,从控制系统激励-响应角度出发,以房间为被控对象,通过分析房间热平衡及基准温度对于空调供冷量的响应特性,建立房间实时负荷结构模型;通过试验数据注入方法校准模拟软件仿真模型;运用该校准仿真模型产生接近实际对象的样本数据集,实现软测量模型参数的辨识;综合参数辨识方法和模型校正方法形成实时负荷软测量模型;最后建立试验系统,验证建模方法的可行性和有效性,为中央空调实现面向实际负荷的实时优化调控奠定基础。

英文摘要: the central air conditioner has great energy saving potential in running stage by adaptive control based on realtime load, and the accurate realtime load is the basis of providing energy on demand. Traditional load calculating method has some weaknesses such as complex model, difficult modeling, and poor realtime ability. On the other hand, load prediction method needs plentiful a priori data, and is difficult to include dynamic factors. This project is Aiming at developing a soft sensing modeling method of realtime load for air conditioning control. Firstly, the temperature field of building room is analyzed and presented by several characteristic points, and then the basic temperature model of the room is set up. Secondly, from the view of exciting-response mode, the heat equilibrium and the characteristics of temperature response to air conditioner input are analyzed, and then the model structure for realtime load is proposed. Thirdly, the simulation software model is calibrated by inserting partly experimental data sets to reduce the error between the software model and real room. Based on this calibrated software model, the sample data sets can be derived for the load model parameters identification.
