中文摘要: 近年来中国风电装机持续高速发展,大规模的风电接入电力系统已经造成部分继电保护设备不正确动作,迫切需要发展故障暂态仿真工具和继电保护动作行为分析方法。本项目研究解决:真实及高效描述由上千台不同原理风力发电机、不同类别控制器、变流器容量不等的大规模风电集群接入系统后故障暂态过程(步长2-5微秒)等值数值仿真方法及开发仿真平台,从而为依靠电压电流波形特征区分故障的继电保护提供动作依据;建立主电路中带有变流器的电力系统故障后电路分析原理及方法,提供可用的继电保护原理分析的工具;搞清大规模风电接入系统后故障暂态特征的变化规律,给出现有保护的适用条件及提高现有保护正确动作的方法。

英文摘要: The wind power capacity of China has been rapidly developed in recent years. The large-scale wind farm integration has resulted in the incorrect action of the protection relays, making it an urgent need to develop transient fault simulation tools and to ameliorate the methods to analyze the protection behaviors. The project focused on developing an accurate and effective equivalent numerical transient fault procedure (step: 2-5 μs) simulation model of the grid-connected wind generation system, which comprised thousands of wind generators with distinctive operating principles, various types of controllers and converters of different capacities. On basis of this simulation, it was possible to provide the action criterion for protection relays that required distinctions of voltage and current waveforms. Also, the project was to establish the circuit analytical theory of the system with converters in its main circuit after the system fault, and to provide a tool for the relay protection analysis. Finally, the project was to make clear the changing discipline of the transient fault characteristics for large-scale grid-connected wind farms and provide the applicable conditions for the existing protection realys as well as the methods of augmenting the correct operation rate of protection relay.
