中文摘要: 近年来,可再生能源分布式发电技术在世界范围内得到了广泛应用。但是,随着分布式电源(DG)大量接入配电网,传统的以单电源辐射状为主要特征的配电系统将变成一个具有分散多电源非线性耦合的复杂电力系统,基于传统配电网故障特征的继电保护原理在DG大量接入的新环境下显然已不再适用。为此,本项目拟在建立不同控制策略DG非线性模型的基础上,建立含不同控制策略DG配电网的时空关联分析模型,基于时空多尺度分析方法,揭示其不同尺度下的时空关联故障特征,提出实用的故障分析方法;基于自适应理论和系统控制理论,提出适应于DG灵活接入的配电网全线速动自适应纵联保护、自适应距离保护和自适应区域保护新原理和配置方案,利用自主研发的保护控制平台和实时数字仿真系统(RTDS)实现保护新原理的闭环测试。上述研究将突破现有含DG配电网的故障分析与继电保护的局限性,为含DG配电网继电保护技术的发展和工程应用奠定重要的理论基础。

英文摘要: The distributed generation technology based on renewable energy sources has been widely used all over the world in recent years. However, with the integration of large quantities of distributed generations (DGs), the distribution network has changed from a radial network with single source to a nonlinear coupling complex power system with multi distributed generations. And with the integration of the DGs, the protection based on the fault characteristic of the traditional distribution network is not applicable any more. Therefore, this project plans to build the nonlinear models of the DGs with different control strategies and the space-time multi-scale fault analysis model of the distribution network. Using the space-time multi-scale analysis method, the space-time multi-scale fault characteristic is investigated, and a practical method is proposed for fault analysis of the distribution network with DGs based different control strategies. Based on adaptive theory and system control theory, a novel principle and scheme of the high-speed main protection and corresponding backup protection (such as pilot protection, distance protection and area protection)is proposed to adapt to the flexible access of DGs. And based on the advanced protection platform already developed and real time digital system(RTDS), the close-loop test will be made for verifying proposed protection principle. The above study will break through the limitations of the current fault analysis method and protection principle, and form important theory basis for the engineering application of the protection technology for distribution network with DGs.
