中文摘要: 工程上的一些具有对称结构的空间中的流动和换热会出现使人困惑的现象。例如,燃烧器对冲布置的锅炉炉膛具有完全对称的结构,但出口流场和温度场却是非对称的因而导致了热偏差;具有完全对称结构的突扩通道中的流动出现了偏斜和旋转。本课题针对上述工程问题抽象的理论研究模型,通过数值模拟和实验,研究具有对称结构的空间内发生的流动和传热规律,分析其中出现分岔、自维持振荡、混沌以及偏斜、旋转的条件和规律,查明在对称结构中出现非对称流动和传热的机理。在此基础上,进一步对锅炉炉膛中燃烧和流动传热及燃烧器中的流动进行研究,分析其流动和传热规律及其中的非线性特性,为消除锅炉热偏差和利用对称结构中的偏斜和旋转改善设备性能建立理论研究基础。本课题首次从非线性特性的角度分析锅炉炉膛出口热偏差,具有重要的创新意义;对流动和传热规律和非线性特性的研究,有助于深刻地认识和了解自然,并为解决工程问题和强化传热指明方向和奠定理论

英文摘要: In engineering, people are often confused by some flow and heat transfer phenomena in the symmetrical structure space. For example, the burner arrangement in a boiler is fully symetrical, however, the outlet flow and temperature fields are unsymmetrical resulting in the thermal deviation. The deflection and rotation occur in the symmetrical structure of the sudden expansion channel.This study is based on the above academic model from the engineering abstract. By the numerical simulation and experimental validation, the flow and heat transfer characteristics in the symmetrical structure space is investigated. The rules of bifurcation, self-sustained oscillation, chaos and deflection are analyzed to identify the unsymmetrical flow and heat tranfer in the symmetrical structure. Based on this, the further studies to the combustion and flow and heat transfer in the boiler and burner are carried out to analyze the features of flow and heat transfer and the unsymmetrical characteristics in it. The work provides the theoretical principles for the elimination of thermal deviation in the boiler and the improvement of equipment capability by the usage of defletion and rotation theory in the symmetrical structure.The analysis of the thermal deviation in boiler outlet is first proposed from the nonlinear characteristic in th
