中文摘要: 输电网电能质量扰动发射和沿输电线路传播成为影响电网运行发展的重大课题。基于随机求和技术,分析多点接入新型电能质量扰动发射的叠加特性和计算方法;考虑保留频点特征、克服依频参数影响,研究暂态电能质量扰动沿输电线路的传播特性和计算方法;使用分拆技术和逐次卷积实现输电线路传播特性的时域描述,分析电能质量扰动沿线传播的暂态过程;研究基于波形反演的电能质量扰动远端响应反演模型和计算方法。在此基础上,实现电能质量扰动发射沿输电线路传播的分析计算平台。本项目针对输电网电能质量扰动的发射与沿输电线路的传播的关键技术难题,具有较高的工程应用价值。通过多学科交叉渗透研究,力争取得原创性成果。

英文摘要: Transmission network power quality distrubances emission transmiting along the transmission line have been a major issue of affecting the development of the grid. Based on the random summation technology,the superposition characteristics and calculation methods for multipoint access the grid with new power quality distrubance emmisin is presented. Considering characters of reserved frequency point,overcoming influence of frequency-dependent parameters,the properties and calculation method of transient power quality distrubance emmision along the transmission line are investigated. By using the segmentation and successive convolution techniques to achieve the time-domain description for propagation characteristics of transmission line , the transient of power quality distrubances along the transmission line is described. The power quality distrubance response inversion models in distant location of transmission lines are proposed and calculation methods are given based on waveform inversion. On this basis, the analysis computing platform of power quality disturbances propagating along the transmission line can be built. The project is aimed at the key technology issue involving the transmission network power quality distrubances emmision and transmion along the transmission line,so it has a high value in engineering. Through multidisciplinary penetration research, do our best to achieve original results.
