中文摘要: 直流线路保护不同于交流线路保护。针对以电压变化率为核心判据的现有直流线路主保护难以检测远端高阻故障以及线路故障精确定位的困难,拟充分利用直流线路两端天然的边界对高频分量的阻碍作用,通过对边界及线路对行波暂态量传变的理论解析与仿真,探讨多视角下不同扰动行波暂态量的特征及提取算法,提炼出一系列线路区内外故障辨识、高阻检测、干扰识别等判据,继而提出采用双定值启动具有原理冗余的直流线路保护新方案;针对故障精确定位困难,拟研究直流输电线路故障频谱,解析故障频谱与故障距离、线路边界条件间的数学关系,探寻提取故障频谱最佳的信号处理手段,形成基于自然频率的直流输电线路故障定位方法,探索雷击故障情况下雷击点及闪络点不一致时的辨识与定位方法,构建多算法融合的故障智能定位策略和测距结果置信度评价方法,最终构建特高压直流输电线路单端暂态保护新方案及故障测距体系。

英文摘要: DC line protection is different from the AC line protection. The high impedance ground fault is difficult detected by du/dt criterion,and fault location is also difficult. It intends to take full advantage of the impediment of the natural boundary of the DC line at both ends which has stopband characteristics to the high frequency components,transfer characteristic of the boundary and line to traveling wave transient is analyzed and simulated,the disturbance traveling wave transient characteristics and extraction algorithm will be explored in multi-angle,a series of lines inside and outside the fault identification, high-impedance detection, interference identification criterion are proposed,and then the new the DC line protection scheme which the start element du/dt has two fixed value will be proposed. Frequency spectrum for UHVDC transmission lines fault will be analyzed, and the mathematic relationship among frequency spectrum,fault location, and boundary condition will be discovered. Optimal signal processing method will be chosen as frequency spectrum detection. Fault location for UHVDC transmission lines based on natural frequency will be proposed.
