中文摘要: 表面活性剂可强化气相生物过滤器对疏水性挥发性有机物的去除,但我们前期的研究发现当生物过滤器喷淋营养液中表面活性剂浓度仅为其临界胶束浓度的约1/10时,其强化效果最好;大于临界胶束浓度时生物过滤器对有机物的去除效率反而降低。因此,对表面活性剂强化生物过滤的机理研究尚有待深入。本项目采用滴滤池和管式生物过滤实验装置,重点研究(1)表面活性剂和污染物在反应器内的动态分布特征与降解规律;(2)表面活性剂对生物膜内微环境中物质传递与生化反应的强化作用机理,以及强化作用的表征方法;(3)表面活性剂对生物膜微环境及微生物的生长、生化反应活性、酶学、基因突变性的影响;(4)表面活性剂强化生物过滤过程的调控方法。研究结果可望深入阐明表面活性剂条件下生物膜内的传质与反应过程机理,促进进一步解决现有生物过滤技术难以对疏水性挥发性有机物去除效率不够高的难题。

英文摘要: Surfactants can enhance removal of hydrophobic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in gas biofilters. Our earlier experimental results shows that the optimal concentration of a surfactant in the liquid nutrient solution is about 1/10 of it critical micelle concentration (CMC) when VOC removal efficiency is improved most significantly, and VOC removal efficiency drops when surfactant concentration is in the order of CMC. Therefore, mechanisms for the enhancement of surfactants for hydrophobic VOCs removal need studying. In this study, biotrickling filters and tubular biofilters will be applied, and following investigations will be conducted. First of all, the spatial dynamic distribution and biodegradation of surfactacts and contaminants in gas biofilters. Secondly, mechanisms of adjustment of the micro-environment with the present of surfactants, and characterization of enhancement of mass transfer and bioreactions within the micro-environment of the biofilms. Thirdly, the effects of surfactants on the growth of biofilms, activity of bioreactions, enzymes, and gene mutations in biofilters. At last, methods of enhancement of biofiltratoin in the presence of surfactants. These results will help elucidate the mechansims of mass transfer and reactions within biofilms with the present of surfactants, and will help solv
