中文摘要: 色谱的传统检测器存在信号单一选择性不足的问题,而质谱等分析仪器作为色谱检测器又存在体积庞大不利于野外现场分析的弱点。另外,为了克服基体干扰提高进样效率并改善灵敏度,色谱仪器常与化学蒸气发生(CVG)装置联用,将各待测组分变成易挥发衍生物后通过原子光谱仪等传统仪器进行分析,但仍存在死体积较大、不利于小型化、有时无法多元素同时检测等缺陷。因此,本项目提出将小型分析传感装置- - 微悬臂梁阵列(MCA)传感器,作为色谱仪器的检测器,通过CVG技术的衔接,建立小型化便携式现场在线分析的色谱分析方法,并将其用于元素的形态分析领域。该方法的优点包括:(1)通过MCA的引入可以将整个仪器装置小型化利于野外现场分析;(2)进一步减小死体积;(3)MCA本身就可可用于多组分同时检测,并可以克服传统色谱检测器选择性不足的问题;(4)采用CVG方法作为衔接,提高了样品引入效率和抗干扰能力,显著提高了方法的灵敏度。

英文摘要: Conventional detectors of chromatography usually provide simplex signals with low selectivity, while the use of traditional instrument like mass spectrometer as detector of chromatography demonstrates drawbacks such as non-feasible for in-field analysis. Moreover, in order to eliminate liquid-phase interference, increase sampling efficiency, and improve sensitivity, chromatography is often coupled with chemical vapor generation (CVG), with the target analytes changed into volatile derivatives before they are analyzed by traditional instrument like atomic spectrometer. However, the drawbacks still remain such as big dead-volume, unsuitable for miniaturization, and sometimes non-feasible for multi-element simultaneous determination. Therefore, it is proposed herein, to use one of the common miniature sensors, microcantilever array (MCA), as detector, and set up a miniature and portable chromatography equipment with CVG device as interface, which is suitable for in-field analysis and will be applied to speciation analysis. This newly developed hyphenated technique will demonstrate several advantages including:(1) by using MCA sensor the whole equipment is miniaturized and becomes suitable for potential in-field analysis; (2) the dead volume can be decreased; (3) MCA sensor itself can be applied to multi-analyte sim
