中文摘要: 基于移动终端成像系统的化学发光传感器具有可视化、低成本和快速便捷等优点,然而,传统的化学发光试剂由于发光寿命短、颜色单一和稳定性差等问题,限制了其在环境分析方面的运用。本项目拟制备对天然水体中氟离子具有特异性识别能力的多色化学发光试剂及其组装芯片,并结合移动终端成像系统构建化学发光可视化分析平台。(1)根据化学发光共振能量转移原理,选择光谱匹配的荧光发色团作为能量受体,设计合成红、黄和绿三种典型颜色的化学发光试剂并构建相应的长寿命发光体系;(2)设计发光试剂结构响应的氟离子探针,探索化学发光共振能量转移开关效应对氟离子检测的选择性和敏感性;(3)制备基于编码技术的多色化学发光芯片,并结合移动终端成像系统,实现对天然水体中不同氟离子浓度的同步、快速、可视化检测,从而构建基于移动终端的低成本、便携式化学发光可视化分析平台。本项目的预期成果将为氟离子的快速可视化分析提供新的科学依据和技术支撑。

英文摘要: Chemiluminescent sensors based on the imaging system of mobile terminal (MT) possess many advantages, such as visual analysis, low-cost, fast and portable feasibility. However, tranditional chemiluminescent materials are not applicable due to short luminescence time, constant color and bad stability.In this project, we will design and prepare multicolour chemiluminescent reagents and chip for simultaneous and visual detections of fluoride ion in natural water through combined with the MT imaging system. First, according to the principle of chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer,we will explore methods to design and synthesis red, yellow and green-emitted chemiluminescent reagents and the appropriate long-time chemiluminescent sysntem by chosed the spectral matching chromophore as an energy acceptor.Second, we will design the luminescent reagent structural responsed fluoride ion probe and develop a chemiluminescence off-to-on analytical principle based on chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer, and research the selectivity and sensitivity of the chemiluminescence switch to detect fluoride ions. At last, we will construct the visual chemiluminescent analysis platform by combined with the MT imaging systerm, and realizes a sensitive, selective, fast and instant visual detection f fluoride ions in the environment based on the coding technology. The expected results of this project will provide scientific basis and technical guidance for the fast and visual analysis of fluoride ions by chemiluminescent sensors.
