中文摘要: 二维不确定语言信息在不确定语言评价基础上增加了一维不确定语言信息来描述决策者给出的评价信息的可靠性。二维不确定语言信息能更准确地表达决策者对事物的评价,在现实决策中有着广泛应用,迫切需要给出有效的理论方法来解决其决策问题,课题研究具有前沿性。本课题将基于模糊数学、运筹学、证据理论、前景理论、聚类、人工智能和计算机仿真等方法,研究:①二维不确定语言变量的运算规则、熵、大小比较等基本理论和基于二维不确定语言变量的相关集成算子与性质;②属性权重完全或部分未知,属性间具有关联关系、优先关系,属性值残缺等情况下的决策理论与方法;③基于二维不确定语言变量的群体一致性模型、专家权重确定方法及群体信息集结与方案排序等群决策理论与方法;④基于前景理论的群决策方法;⑤二维不确定语言变量的扩展。并开发科技项目评审软件系统。本研究将建立二维不确定语言信息多属性群决策理论、方法与应用,发展和完善模糊决策理论与应用。

英文摘要: Two-dimensional uncertain linguistic information adds one-dimensional uncertainty linguistic information which can be used to describe the reliability of the uncertain linguistic information given by the decision-makers for the evaluation object. Two-dimensional uncertain linguistic information can be used to more accurately express the evaluation information of the evaluation object for the decision-makers, it has widely used in decision-making problems in reality, and it is an urgent need to give the valid theory and methods for these decision problems. Based on the methods of fuzzy mathematics,operations research, evidence theory, prospect theory, clustering,artificial intelligence and computer simulation, this project will do the following research. ①the basic theory of the two-dimensional uncertain linguistic variables, such as operational rules, entropy, size comparison, etc., and the related ggregation operators and their properties for two-dimensional uncertain linguistic variables; ②the multi-attribute decision theory and methods based on two-dimensional uncertain linguistic variables with respect to some general cases in which weight information is fully or partially unknown, there are the associated relationships or precedence relations between attributes, and attribute values are incomplete,etc. ③the
