中文摘要: 日照缺乏引起人季节性抑郁(SAD),抑郁是大学生普遍存在的一种负面情绪。我国光气候分区中日照值差异大,在秋冬季节日照缺乏的Ⅳ、Ⅴ类光气候区大学生有1775万,资料显示其中约50%存在抑郁情绪。 我国高校室内照明多停留在满足视觉功效层面,课题采用修正多元回归方程计算Ⅳ、Ⅴ类光气候区秋冬季节月总照度值与春夏季比较,在高校室内人工补足照度差值;采用季节性模式及抑郁评估法研究大学生心理状况;以光生物效应等效光通和有效光子强度为基础理论,研究大学生生理参数变化规律;以生物节律影响因子和褪黑素抑制率为光生物效应的基础理论,研究光谱、照度、光照时间及周期、色温等参数,进行大鼠光照与大学生光照实验,比较光照前后生理指标及褪黑素浓度和进行心理行为评价;研究光照与人抑郁情绪变化的函数关系,建立函数模型;在秋冬季节对高校教室、图书馆等补充人工光照,预防缓解大学生SAD,为高校室内照明提供基础数据和理论研究方法。

英文摘要: Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD) is caused by lack of sunlight. Existed in college students, depression is a common negative emotions .There are great differences in sunshine in different regions of light climate in China. And there are 17750000 college students in Ⅳ, Ⅴ regions of light climate. Lacking of sunshine in autumn and winter, data show that there are almost 50% of them with depress emotion. Now indoor lighting in colleges and universities in China mostly stays in the visual effect, this subject calculates the monthly total illuminance values in Ⅳ, Ⅴ regions of light climate in the autumn and winter by multiple regression equation, and compared with those in the summer and spring, supplement the deficiency in college indoor artificial illumination; Research mental status of college students by seasonal mode and depression assessment; Research physiological parameters variation of college students by theory of biological effects of light and equivalent luminous intensity and effective photon; Based on the theory of biological rhythms influence factors and melatonin inhibition rate on biological effects of light, research spectrum, illumination, illumination time and cycles, color temperature and other parameters; Carry light illumination experiments on rats and college students and analysis the physiological indicators and melatonin content and psychological behavior evaluation before and after illumination; Study the relationships between light and human depressive mood to establish a function model; Supplement artificial lighting in classrooms, libraries and others in college in the autumn and winter to ease or prevent from SAD. Provide basic data and theoretical methods for the college indoor lighting.
