中文摘要: 本课题将计划从大中小三个尺度相结合开展研究。分别以大尺度区域即全国尺度,中尺度区域即省区尺度、以城市和自然保护区为例开展研究、小尺度区域即自发性高血压大鼠实验室尺度开展研究。大尺度的区域的研究将以我国所有省会城市为例收集数据开展研究。研究不同性别和年龄段人口血压生理指标参数在全国的地域分布规律、以及我国心脑血管疾病发病率与区域地理环境因素之间的相关关系。中尺度研究将以宁夏省区为例开展研究。通过以省区内城市和自然保护区内不同性别、年龄人群为例,研究省区内正常人血压生理指标参数分布规律及心脑血管疾病病率与大气污染物含量之间的关系。小尺度区域研究将以实验室为例,以自发性高血压大鼠为例,研究地理环境因素对自发性高血压大鼠血压参数和心脑血管发病率的影响。通过三个尺度的综合研究,作者尝试揭示地理环境因素对和人体血压生理指标参数的相关关系,以及地理环境因素与人体心脑血管疾病发病率和心脑血管健康的影响。

英文摘要: This Project will start the research from the combination of three dimensional scale. With the large scale area, namely the national scale, and the meso-scale area, namely the regional provinces scale, to the city and nature reserve area to carry out the research as an example, and the small scale research in laboratory of spontaneously hypertensive rats. With the large scale research area, we will take all the capital cities of our country as example, to collect data of all the capital city of China in this study as an example. To study the geographic distribution of blood pressure parameters of different gender and physiological parameters of different age group in national, and the regional correlation incidence of cardiovascular disease between geographical environment factors in our country. Take the meso-scale research in Ningxia province as an example, to carry out the research,to study the example of provinces and regions within the city and nature reserve of different gender and age group, to study the geographical distribution of blood pressure and cerebrovascular diseases and the relationship between the content of atmospheric pollutants within the normal physiological parameter in the province scale of Ningxia. The small scale area study take the laboratory study as example, to study the impact of geographical environment factors on the blood pressure parameters and cardiovascular morbidity of the spontaneously hypertensive rats. Through the comprehensive research of three dimensional scale, the author try to reveal the impact of geographical environment factors on the relationship between physiological indexes and the human body blood pressure parameters, as well as the the impact of geographical environment factors and incidence of cardiovascular disease and cardiovascular health of human body.
