中文摘要: Amari 利用微分几何的方法建立了信息几何。其主要思想是引入比黎曼联络更广泛的仿射联络- - -对偶联络,同时把一种只满足非负性的散度作为距离函数。由于它在统计推断、信息领域等领域的成功应用,受到国内外的广泛关注,正在成为热门的研究领域之一。 本项目拟研究:1、在统计流形的一般信息几何框架下,建立更加深入的信息几何理论以及性质。2、把统计流形的信息几何理论及性质应用到统计推断及信息领域,例如时间序列,随机控制,图象处理,盲源信号处理等领域。 信息几何具有重要的应用前景,它不仅在民用领域有着广泛的应用,在军事领域里也有着更加重要的意义。例如信息几何在神经网络、信号处理、雷达波中的应用以及信息几何在Turbo 码和LDPC 码中的应用的研究成果对民航和空军都十分重要。

英文摘要: Amari put differential geometry to use and has established information geometry. His main idea is introducing the affine connection, more widely ranged than Riemann contact- - dual connection and a nonnegative divergence as a function of the distance. Information geometry has gained world attention and is one of the hottest research fields because of its widespread and successful applications in fields of statistical inference, information and statistical physics,etc. The aims of this project are: 1. to establish a more in-depth information geometry theory and properties in the framework of statistical manifold geometric of information geometry; 2. to apply the statistical manifold information geometry theory and properties to the fields of statistical inference and information, such as time series, stochastic control, image processing and blind signal processing, etc.. Information geometry has extensive application prospect. It is to be widely used in the civil domain as well as in military, For example, its applications in neural network, signal processing, radar waves, and in Turbo code and LDPC code are particularly important to civil aviation as well as air force.
