中文摘要: 睡眠状态下的大脑活动不是均匀平稳的,空间上,不同脑区域呈现出不同程度的自发活动;时间上,存在着不断、自发的睡眠节律转换。"缺省网络"指人在清醒静息状态下自发脑活动最为显著的群体神经元构成的网络,与自发性想法和智力有关。本课题将睡眠作为一种自发的脑活动状态,通过对32导睡眠脑电分析,从空间(缺省网络)和时间(睡眠节律瞬态特性)两个方面对睡眠状态下的大脑活动进行全面的解析。筛选脑活动特征参数,用参数表征32导脑活动强度空间位置分布,构建参数分布模型,研究导联之间相互关系;研究时间上参数分布模型转换特征,确定睡眠分期及瞬态节律转换特性;构建"缺省网络"脑活动模型,提出更为细致的时空结合的睡眠障碍、睡眠分期医学参数。本课题有助于加深对睡眠状态下的脑活动、认知、睡眠调节及睡眠障碍发生机制的认识,还可为脑认知模型建立提供基础数据与方法。

英文摘要: The activity of brain under sleep state is not uniformity and stationary. In space, different brain regions present spontaneous activity in different degrees. In time, it go through constant and spontaneous sleep stage transition. "Default network" is the network composed of neurons that most active under conscious and rest state, and related to voluntary idea and intelligence. This proposal consider sleep state as a spontaneous brain activity, and through analysis on 32 leads sleep EEG, from space (default network) and time (sleep stage transition), to fully discover brain activity under sleep. Screen out characterization parameters of sleep activity to study space distribution of brain activity and construct its model. Study the correlations between leads and modelling its transition in time. Determine the characterization of sleep stages and its transition. Construct default network model of brain activity under sleep. Propose more delicate medical parameters for sleep disorder and sleep stage. This proposal is helpful to deepen the knowledge of brain activity and reconginition under sleep, sleep regulation and sleep disorder, also helpful to provide basic data and method for brain recongition model.
