中文摘要: 光声计算机断层成像技术是近年来兴起的无损医学成像方法,它结合了纯光学成像的高对比度与纯超声成像的高穿透深度的优点,可提供高分辨率的生物组织成像。然而由于它是利用生物组织内各部分光吸收系数的差异成像,即成像只用到了介质的光学性质,故对于表层不透明物体的内部成像将无能为力。针对目前光声成像技术偏重医学应用且成像参数单一以及理论模型过于简化因而基础研究有很大不足的情况,本工作拟从建立热力全耦合的光声成像模型出发,深入研究物体组成材料的光学性质、热学性质、力学性质及几何性质之于光声成像的作用机理和特点,充分挖掘光声技术独具的深度剖面分析能力所带来的热波显微成像功能,全面探索光声多参数成像的条件、特性、规律与算法,用以开发可工业用的光声CT技术。其对于集成电路芯片、半导体材料、太阳能电池、特种纤维、飞机蒙皮、精密零部件、生物材料、功能梯度材料以及微/纳米复合薄膜等的无损检测、评价与探伤有重要意义。

英文摘要: Photoacoustic Tomography (PAT) is an emerging technique for noninvasive medical imaging, which combines the high contrast of optcal imaging with the high penetration of ultrasound imaging,and can provide high resolution biological tissue image. However,due to its imaging just by virtue of difference in optical absorption between various biological tissues,that is,relying only on the optical properties of medium,the image inside an object with an opaque surface would be unavailable.In view of the current facts that PAT is applied only to medicine and using single imaging parameter and oversimplified model,hence lacking in basic investigation, this work is intended to develop a fully thermal-mechanical coupled model for photoacoustic imaging for studying the PAT mechanism and action of optical, thermal and mechanical properties, as well as the geometry on photoacoustic imaging, exploiting the potentialities of thermal wave precision imaging induced by unique depth profiling capability of PA technique, and exploring the conditions, features,regularites and algorithms of multi-parameter photoacoustic imaging for developing industrial PAT.
