中文摘要: 本项目将地微生物学、微生物地球化学、有机地球化学、环境科学和地理信息系统的理论和现代微量热技术、量热分析、原子光谱、显微分析、生化分析和地理信息系统分析等现代技术手段相结合,利用地理信息系统研究矿区土壤特性的空间分异性,对矿区土壤重金属元素空间分布和污染情况进行环境生物地球化学研究。基于我们已有的工作基础,依托学科交叉渗透优势,探讨矿区地微生物在重金属的环境生物地球化学循环过程中的相互作用机制;建立针对矿区环境污染问题的空间地理信息系统模型,应用地微生物对矿区重金属生态毒性响应的研究思路,利用矿物与地微生物的相互作用来修复治理矿区的重金属污染;为开发和利用地微生物资源来修复我国重金属污染矿区,提供重要的理论依据。

英文摘要: The project combines the theory of microbiology, microbial geochemistry, organic geochemistry and environmental science, geographic information systems with the modern technology means of modern micro calorimetric techniques, calorimetric analysis, atomic spectroscopy, microscopic analysis, biochemical analysis and geographic information systems analysis. Study the specific distribution characters of the mine areas by using geographic information system. Do the environmental biogeochemical research of space distribution and pollution of heavy metal elements in the mine areas. Explore the interaction mechanism of microorganisms in mining areas in the environment biogeochemical cycle of heavy metals based on the basis of the work we have been done and relying on the advantage of cross-penetration between subjects. Build the model of geographic information system aiming at the environmental pollution problems of mine areas. Apply the ideas of micro-organisms on responding to the heavy metal ecotoxicity and use of the interactions between mineral and microbial to repair and governance the heavy metal contamination of mine areas. Provide an important theoretical basis for the development and utilization of microbial resources to repair the heavy metal pollution in mining areas in China.
