中文摘要: Ti/Al3Ti层状材料是由Ti与Al3Ti交替叠放组成的一种先进的结构材料,具有高比强度、比刚度,良好的高温性能、抗氧化性能和抗损伤性能等,在航空、航天、兵器等领域具有广泛的应用前景。由于Al3Ti的塑性变形能力低、变形协调性差,因此Ti/Al3Ti层状材料的再加工困难,其结构形式单一,这严重制约了Ti/Al3Ti层状材料结构的应用。本项目基于Al良好的变形协调性与Ti/Al原位反应原理,利用累积叠轧焊制备Ti/Al复合板,然后进行热蠕变成形与原位反应,以获得具有复杂外形曲面的Ti/Al3Ti层状材料结构。该项目围绕上述方法中的科学问题展开研究,研究Ti/Al复合板的微观组织,揭示界面连接机理;研究Ti/Al复合板的热蠕变变形行为,阐明其协调变形机理;研究Ti/Al界面的原位反应,揭示增强片层的形成与演变机制,为Ti/Al3Ti层状材料结构的设计、制造与应用奠定理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Ti/Al3Ti metal-intermetallic laminate(MIL) composite material is a kind of advanced structural material consisting of titanium plate and Al3Ti plate heapped alternately.It has high specific strength and rigidity,good high temperature resistant, anti-oxidation and anti-damage performance, etc, so it has extensive application prospects in aerospace, weapons and other fields. Ti/Al3Ti metal-intermetallic laminate composite material has difficult in reprocessing for low ductility and poor coordination deforming performance of Al3Ti, so it has single construction, which restricts Ti/Al3Ti metal-intermetallic laminate composite structures application. Ti/Al composite board is prepared by accumulative roll-bonding, and then has hot creep forming processing and in situ reaction processing on the basis of good coordination deforming performance of aluminum alloy and in situ reaction principle of Ti/Al to form complex curved face structures of Ti/Al3Ti metal-intermetallic laminate composite material in the projet.The project centers around the scientific problems on the method. The microstructure of Ti/Al composite board is studied,and the bonding mechanism of Ti/Al interface is revealed.The hot deformation behavior of Ti/Al composite board is explored, and the coordination deforming mechanism of Ti/Al layer is clarified.
