中文摘要: 随着多轴并联机床的广泛应用和系统结构的复杂化,人们对并联机构工作性能的要求也愈加严格。由于并联机构的结构特点,使其不可避免的存在多种误差因素,有时一个或者几个误差因素发生微小变化,就可能使得整个机构的运动特性发生本质变化。这对与并联机构性能的形成有着直接关联的多源误差分析及装配环节提出了更为精量化的要求。 本项目通过定量分析多种误差因素对并联机构性能的影响,确定各种误差源之间的耦合关系,从而确定误差因素与并联机构性能物理量之间的映射关系;对机构性能目标对应的误差容许范围进行理论化建模, 实现着眼于并联机构整体性能的精量化设计;研究少自由度并联机构不可补偿误差源的分离方法,建立确保应用性能的工艺设计准则;针对特定应用场合并联机构的多种性能需求,建立并联机构性能的多目标补偿模型,构建面向整机性能的综合性能保障体系。

英文摘要: With a wide application of multi-axis parallel machine and system complexity, the performance of the parallel mechanism has become even more stringent. Because of the unavoidable error factors and the structural characteristics of parallel mechanism, small changes of one or several error factors may make the entire kinematic characteristics essentially changed. This Proposed a more refined quantitative requirements for multi-errors analysis and assembly sectors, which has a direct correlation with the performance of parallel mechanism. In this project, the first goal is to determine the coupling relationship between the various error sources through quantitative analysis of multi-error factors and the performance of parallel mechanism, then, determine the mapping between the physical quantities of parallel mechanism performance and error factors, and model the allowable error range to a corresponding requires of agency performance, achieve quantizer design that focus on the overall performance of parallel mechanism. The second goal is to study separation method on non-compensation error sources of low-freedom parallel mechanism, and establish the process design criteria to ensure application performance.
