中文摘要: 摘要:本项目主要是提出一种适合村镇建筑的新型墙体结构- - 轻质混凝土-棉杆纤维混合脱硫灰复合砌块墙体结构。复合墙体结构以轻质混凝土空心砌块为外模,起到模板作用,在砌块孔内灌注棉杆纤维混合脱硫灰轻质保温材料,形成整体浇注保温兼承重复合砌块墙体结构。 主要进行:轻质混凝土空心砌块和棉杆纤维混合脱硫灰材料的最佳配合比、制作工艺以及砌块块型优化研究;复合砌块砌体基本力学性能及热工性能研究,确定复合砌块协同工作机理、复合砌块墙体热阻计算方法;复合砌块墙体承压和抗震抗剪性能研究,建立复合砌块墙体承压和抗震抗剪计算模型以及承压、抗震抗剪承载力计算公式;进行复合砌块墙体结构整体和弹塑性时程分析、结构能耗分析、复合砌块墙体结构房屋振动台试验,研究复合砌块墙体结构整体性能和抗震性能,最终提出该复合墙体结构的设计方法和抗震构造措施。本项目研究将会为新疆乃至西部广大村镇建设做出应有贡献。

英文摘要: The project is mainly puts forward a kind of new wall structure -lightweight concrete- cotton stalk fiber mixed desulfurization ash composite block wall structure which has bearing and heat preservation performance suitable for rural building. The composite wall structure with lightweight concrete hollow blocks for external formwork, have template function, in the block hole irrigation cotton stalk fiber mixed desulfurization ash have heat preservation material forming the whole casting composite wall structure, which set bearing and insulation performance as a whole. Main work: Study the best material ratio and production process of the lightweight concrete and cotton stalk fiber mixed desulfurization ash and the block type optimization research; Research basic mechanical properties and thermal properties of composite masonry, determine the working mechanism of composite block and the thermal calculation method of composite masonry wall; Study on pressure and seismic shear performance of composite masonry wall, establishing the calculating model and formula of pressure bearing and seismic shear capacity of composite block wall; By means of the wholeness and the elasto-plastic time-history analysis, the energy consumption analysis, the shaking table test, study the overall performance and the seismic performance of composite masonry wall structure, finally puts forward the design method and seismic structural measures of the composite masonry wall structure. This project will make due contributions to the development of villages and towns in Xinjiang and the west of china.
