中文摘要: 钢结构防腐一直是实际工程中必须面对的问题,项目组在大量查阅文献和调研的基础上提出了一种新型复合不锈钢管混凝土结构,采用此类结构可减少防腐工序及防腐涂层的后期维护,并通过内置圆钢管形成复合截面减少不锈钢材料的用量,降低工程造价。内外钢管的复杂约束作用使得复合不锈钢管混凝土结构工作机理较为复杂。本项目拟采用试验研究、理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法开展研究工作:对外方内圆复合不锈钢管混凝土轴压短柱、纯弯试件和压弯试件的力学性能展开试验研究,分别考察内、外钢管约束效应及核心混凝土强度等参数变化的影响规律,为数值模型提供验证;结合理论分析,明晰复合不锈钢管混凝土柱在轴压、纯弯和压弯状态下的工作机理;基于试验研究和参数分析结果,获得复合钢管混凝土柱的轴压极限承载力、稳定承载力、抗压及抗弯刚度和压弯相关方程的实用计算方法,为该类结构的深入研究和应用提供参考。

英文摘要: Corrosion protection of the steel structures has been a key problem in engineering for a long time. After reviewing a lot of literatures and investigations, the composite-sectioned concrete-filled stainless steel tube structures were put forward. If the composite-sectioned structures were used, anticorrosion coating could be reduced as well as its repair process after the steel structure were built up, and due to the constraint of circular steel tube to core concrete, less stainless steel would be required with a lower engineering cost. The constraint effect of inside and outside steel tubes to core concrete is quite complicated, so study on the working mechanism of composite-sectioned concrete-filled square stainless steel tube stub columns reinforced with circular steel tubes, pure bending specimens and beam-column specimens will be carried out in this project, using combined method of experimental study, theoretical analysis and parametric analysis. Numerical models were verified and constraint effect of steel tubes to core concrete and core concrete strength were studied from the tested data. And then, working mechanism on the status of axial compression, pure bending and beam-column specimens was clarified.
