中文摘要: 本项目拟结合嵌段聚合技术、立构复合技术开发一种柔软、耐水、耐热的聚乳酸弹性纤维。首先通过开环聚合合成不同分子量的聚左旋乳酸和聚右旋乳酸。然后将不同分子量的聚左旋乳酸和聚右旋乳酸分别与聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚制备不同链段长度的多嵌段聚左旋乳酸-聚二甲基硅氧烷、多嵌段聚右旋乳酸-聚二甲基硅氧烷。再将多嵌段聚左旋乳酸-聚二甲基硅氧烷与多嵌段聚右旋乳酸-聚二甲基硅氧烷共混制备立构复合聚乳酸-聚二甲基硅氧烷弹性体。最终将弹性体纺丝并研究纤维结构与纤维的加工性能、服用性能、染色性能之间的关系。

英文摘要: This project aims to develop a kind of soft, water resistant and heat resistant polylactide (SC-PLA) elastic fiber via the combination of block polymerization and stereocoplexation. We propose to synthesize poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) and poly(D-lactide) (PDLA) with different molecular weight by ring opening polymerization. Then, multiblock copolymers (PDMS-PLLA and PDMS-PDLA) with various block length will be prepared by copolymerization of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with PLLA and PDLA, respectively. The stereocomplex polylactide (SC-PLA) elastomer will be prepared by blending PDMS-PLLA with PDMS-PDLA. Finally, the elastomer will be spun into fiber. We also propose to study the relationship between structure and properties of the fiber.
