中文摘要: 瘤黑粉病是限制玉米产量持续增长的重要病害之一。开展玉米瘤黑粉病抗性基因定位,有助于探索玉米抗瘤黑粉病分子机理,为抗瘤黑粉病分子育种提供理论依据。申请人通过对瘤黑粉菌的研究,掌握了稳定可靠的吐丝期穗部注射接种方法,用感病自交系苏95-1和抗病自交系齐319构建了RIL群体(F6:7)。本研究拟利用RIL群体、关联分析群体Ⅰ(包含478个国内外自交系和1229个SNP标记)、关联分析群体Ⅱ(包含284个国内优良自交系和41101个SNP标记),采用连锁分析和全基因组关联分析相结合定位玉米抗瘤黑粉病相关基因位点,为进一步分子标记辅助选择和转基因育种奠定基础。

英文摘要: Common smut is one of the important diseases limiting maize yield sustainable increasing. Mapping of smut resistance gene helps to explore the molecular mechanism of anti-common smut in maize and provide a theoretical basis for anti-common smut molecular breeding. Based on studing of common smut fungus, the applicant mastered stable injection inoculation method.With infected inbred line Su95-1 and resistant inbred lines in Qi319, a RIL population (F6:7) was build. Using RIL population, correlation analysis groupⅠ(478 inbred lines at home and abroad,1229 SNP marker),correlation analysis group Ⅱ ( 284 domestic excellent inbred lines ,41101 SNP marker), anti-common smut associated gene Loci will be located through linkage analysis and genome-wide association analysis methods.This study will lay the foundation of marker-assisted selection and transgenic breeding.
