中文摘要: 绿化屋顶作为被动建筑防热降耗的生态手段,现已广泛应用。目前在节能设计中能用的热工设计参数是将绿化屋顶等效为一般隔热材料,用当量热阻值来进入建筑热工计算。但在已有的文献中出现了绿化屋顶内表面热流为0甚至由室内流向室外的逆向热流现象,显然这种状态下继续用当量热阻值来评价就不恰当了,因此绿化屋顶热工设计参数还需进一步研究和完善。本项目采用实验测试、理论分析和数值模拟互为修正的综合方法,分析植物和土壤热阻隔热和蒸发隔热两种机制,剖析绿化屋顶逆向热流的形成机理,构建绿化系统的能量传输模型;研究比较不同构造参数下潜热和显热变化;最后给出绿化屋顶当量热阻、当量热惰性的变化规律及使用限定,并针对逆向热流现象提出新的热工参数,构建较为完善的绿化屋顶热工设计参数体系。研究成果有助于最大化发挥绿化屋顶的节能生态效果,将为完善南方地区被动式建筑屋顶隔热措施提供新的科学依据,对创造舒适人居环境具有重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: As one of passive, ecological and insulating measures,green roof has been widely applied in building energy saving by thermo-physical computing with equivalent thermal resistance value to general insulating materials. It is shown according to former literatures that internal surface heat flux of green roof was 0; even there was inverse heat flow. In which stage thermal properties of green roof is not equivalent to those of general insulating materials. Thus the insulating performance of green roof needed to be reconsidered prudently. The project will take comprehensive means of field test, theoretical analysis and numerical simulating, both heat insulation mechanism of Thermal resistance insulation and evaporation insulation of soil and plant will be studied systematically. Analyzing how inverse heat flow of green roof generating, building the energy transmission model of planting system; comparing latent heat and sensible heat change. Finally, change rules and use range of thermal design parameters include equivalent thermal resistance and equivalent thermal inertia will be proposed; and putting forward new thermal parameter for the reverse heat flow. The research achievements of the project with the practical significance for better human settlement can provide new technological principles for applying green roof successfully in southern areas.
