中文摘要: 针对我国多空压机站房供气的大规模压缩空气管网系统的用气调度问题,本项目通过深入分析管网中压缩空气的流动特性及管网中压缩空气压力与流量的联动规律,建立管网结构、压力损失及流量波动等因素共同影响下的供气管网动态数学模型,并确立一套在线辨识该数学模型关键参数的方法。以此为基础,本项目进一步分析压缩空气生产、输送和消耗过程的动态特性,针对企业用气特点,剖析多源大规模压缩空气系统中压缩空气高效、节能调度的机理;采用控制空压机群加卸载和调节管网节流阀开度的方法,在保证用气压力安全的前提下,探求一种基于供气管网数学模型关键参数在线辨识的节能调度策略制定方法,解决多源压缩空气系统由于调度不善而造成巨大能量损失的问题。本项目的研究为提高钢铁、化工、电力等大型企业中普遍存在的多源大规模压缩空气管网的用气调度的合理性,避免由于负载不匹配及压力损失等造成的浪费提供了改善手段,具有重要的学术研究价值和工程应用价值。

英文摘要: Aiming at the compressed air supply strategy of the large-scale pipe network with multiple compressor rooms,the flow characteristics of the compressed air in the pipe network and the linkage rule between the flow and the pressure of the compressed air in the pipe network will be studied deeply, the dynamic mathematical model of the pipe work, under the influence of the pipe network structure, pressure loss and flow fluctuation, will be set up, and the method to identify and obtain the key parameters of the dynamic mathematical model will be researched. Based on the research above, the dynamic characteristics of the compressed air during the production, transportation and consumption processes will be analyzed deeply;Based on the characteristics of the compressed air consumption in the company,the efficient and energy-saving supply strategy mechanism of the the large-scale compressed air pipe network will be studied; In the case of the safety of the pressure of the compressed air supply, the method to develop the efficient and energy-saving compressed air supply strategy will be researched, the problem of great energy loss in the compressed air system because of unreasonable air supply strategy will be solved, and the implementation plan of the efficient and energy-saving air supply strategy will be provided.
