中文摘要: 以钕铁硼等为永磁材料的永磁电机具有效率高、功率密度大等优点,但电机气隙磁场基本保持不变,难以实现在线调节,调速范围有限。本项目提出一种新型磁通记忆式定子永磁型电机,直接引入具有记忆性能的永磁材料(如铝镍钴)和磁化绕组,通过施加短时去磁或充磁电流,在线调节电机永磁材料的磁化强度,使电机实现气隙磁场的灵活调节与控制的同时,具有效率高、起动转矩大、调速范围宽等优点。本项目旨在探索该类记忆电机的合理结构;研究其工作原理、电磁参数计算的方法和设计原则;构建了数字化驱动控制系统实验平台;研究记忆电机磁场在线调节与控制的控制策略;深入分析记忆电机磁场调节特性与电机驱动性能之间的一般关系。本项目的研究,将有效改善定子永磁型电机调速范围窄、恒功率弱磁区效率低的不足,实现电机宽调速范围内始终保持高效率运行,为该类记忆电机在电动汽车等需宽调速、高效率运行场合的应用提供理论基础和技术支持。

英文摘要: Permanent Magnet (PM) machines employing the material of neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) have the merits of high efficiency and high power density. However, due to the nearly constant air-gap field produced by magnets, the flux is much difficult to regulate online and limit the speed range. The project proposes a novel flux-mnemonic stator-PM machine where both NdFeB and aluminum nickel cobalt (AlNiCo) materials are adopted directly. By the use of temporary current pulse of the magnetization windings, the magnetization of PMs becomes online tunable. So, the effective and efficient air-gap flux control can be obtained while the machine keeps the advantages of high efficiency, large starting torque and expanded adjustable speed range. The project aims to investigate the machine topology, operation principle, design theory and the computation method of electromagnetic performances. Moreover, based on the high performance of DSP platform, the motor drive and control system will be built and implemented by appropriate control strategy, where the relationship between the flux controllability and the drive performances are investigated. The project will achieve the goal that the proposed machine can be operated with a high efficiency over a wide speed rang meanwhile avoiding the shortages of narrower speed range and low efficiency in constant power region. The results will lay a foundation for the further research and application in electrical vehicles (EVs) where wide speed range and high efficiency are required.
