中文摘要: 我国创意企业主体处于价值链的低附加价值环节,竞争力不足。通过调研发现,根本原因是产业化能力低下,只有创意而难以产业化的情形比比皆是,整个产业缺乏完整的产业化过程和经验。在这样的背景下,研究创意产业化的过程和机理对于了解从"创意"到"产品"的过程、帮助企业成功实现创意的市场化有积极的探索意义。 项目从内容型和过程型两个方面描述与产业化相结合的创意特点,研究按照以下思路展开:首先对创意产业化的内涵进行分析;在此基础上,进一步构建创意产业化的关键影响因素体系;分析这些关键因素的影响机理和传导机制并构建相应理论模型;进行相应实证检验。 研究的重点是关键因素的影响机理和传导机制,关注创意的转移和传递过程,以及创意知识交流创新机制;讨论非正式网络中个体之间的联系以及所形成的网络对知识传递的影响;最后通过结构方程模型,给出各因素对创意产业化的影响路径图谱。

英文摘要: The value-added of Creative industry in China is low. The industry is lack of competitive advantage. According to our survey, main reason is firms' low ability of commercialization- from ideas to products. Enterprises can't develop products from "creative ideas" successfully. Usually they have a lot of ideas, but can't change them into commercial products. With this scenario, our research targets the process and mechanism of creativity industrialization. This is meaningful and very important for the development of creative industry in China. We describe the characteristics of creativity from the perspective of content creativity and process creativity. Based on this, we set up the key influence system which has significant effect on the creativity industrialization. We follow research steps below: defining creativity industrialization, finding out key influence factors, discussing the influence and transmission mechanism, and finally doing empirical test. We specially focus on the influence and transmission mechanism of key factors. We will pay attention to the transfer of creative idea and the knowledge communication and innovation in the creative firm, discussing the relationship among individuals in the informal network, thinking about the network's influence on the transfer of knowledge.
