中文摘要: 光谱偏振OCT技术与医学软管式电子内窥镜相结合,能够同时获取组织背向散射和双折射的高分辨率图像,发现微米量级的组织异常,显著提高早期癌变等疾病的诊断准确率。本课题主要研究用于软管式内窥诊断系统的光谱偏振OCT成像关键技术。为了提高光谱偏振OCT的图像质量,本项目进行了如下工作:①#21033;用谐波解调算法消除光谱偏振OCT虚像,提高病变组织的可识别性;②#30740;究单探测器光谱偏振OCT技术,探讨利用单探测器实现光谱偏振OCT的可行性;③#30740;究合成孔径算法在光谱偏振OCT中的应用,通过频域的重构,克服图像分辨率和清晰成像范围相互矛盾的缺点,在保持焦深不变的情况下,提高离焦图像的分辨率;④#27169;拟偏振光在生物组织中的传播,并优化OCT系统结构以提高图像信噪比。针对光谱偏振OCT探测深度较小的问题,本项目利用超声波降低生物组织背散射光中多次散射光的比重,提高了深层组织图像的清晰度,从而增大了探测深度。本项目的研究,能够有效提高光谱偏振OCT内窥系统的图像质量和探测深度,有助于进一步提高早期病变的诊断效率。

英文摘要: Combining with endoscope, SD-PS-OCT can get high resolution back-scattering and birefringence image simutaneously and detect tiny pathological changes of inner organ, enhancing diagnosing veracity. Our team will study the key technologies of SD-PS-OCT endoscope on the basis of production before, that is electronic endoscope, SD-OCT and PS-OCT. To improve the image quality, we studied harmonic demodulation for eliminishing virtual image for enhancing the notability of organ pathological changes, studied the SD-PS-OCT with only one detector and discussed its possibility in imaging birefringent tissue; studied ISAM and increased the resolution of off-focus image with fixed depth of field; simulated the diffusion of polarized light in biological tissue and impact of OCT configuration in image quality. We also analyzed the validity of increasing OCT detecting depth with ultrasound through decreasing the proportion of multi-scattered photons in back-scattered photons. This study is helpful in enhancing image quality and detecting depth, thus improving the veracity of diagnosing early pathological changes.
