中文摘要: 大力发展煤焦油加氢制清洁燃料技术是我国缓解石油资源紧缺、应对国际油价波动的一条重要途径。但是,目前煤焦油加氢过程中的反应动力学、催化剂级配、加氢氢耗等关键问题仍缺乏可靠理论依据,影响了该技术的进一步广泛应用。本项目采取"动力学理论方法解决催化剂级配问题"的研究思路,实验与理论分析相结合,探究煤焦油加氢精制的特点,构建煤焦油加氢精制组合动力学模型,开创性的引入不同催化剂装填量、加氢工艺条件和煤焦油杂质脱除率等参数,解析三者的定量函数关系,为合理装填各类催化剂提供科学而可靠的理论基础;同时,提出煤焦油加氢反应过程中氢耗的八类分类方法,揭示煤焦油及其加氢产品性质和氢耗之间的内在联系,以阐明"加氢技术"中宝贵的"氢"到底"加"到了哪里的问题。本项目的研究成果可为煤焦油加氢的工业设计奠定理论和技术基础,有助于进一步建立煤焦油加氢精制的基础理论体系。

英文摘要: As the world supply of easy-to-process crude oil is depleting and the rocking price in crude oil, efforts for finding alternative sources of crude oils are growing. In this regard, coal tar is emerging as an alternative source of feedstock to the refiners for producing transportation fuels. But the reaction kinetics, the catalyst grading and hydrogen consumption of coal tar hydrotreating is scarce and scattered in the literature, which will affect the further extensive application of this technology. The research thinking of this project is "settling catalyst grading problem by kinetic theory". The hydrotreating combination kinetic model of coal tar will be established. Then the laws of hydrodemetalation, hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrification will be revealed. Finally, the relationship between catalyst grading and heteroatom removal will be definited. These results will provide a scientific and reliable theoretical basis for hydrotreating catalyst loading. At the same time, the calculation method of hydrogen consumption during hydrotreating of coal tar will be established. Then the relationship between hydrotreating products and hydrogen consumption will be definited. The reaction mechanism of valuable "hydrogen" in "coal tar hydrotreating" will be illuminated.
