中文摘要: 神经反馈通过反馈大脑活动信息使人们能够学会对大脑活动的自我调节,是一种无创、低副作用的认知功能训练方式。然而,神经反馈在改善认知功能中的应用研究刚刚起步,一些关键的科学技术问题亟待解决。其中,合理有效的调节对象(反馈信息)是应用神经反馈技术训练改善认知功能的首要前提。本项目针对调节对象的构建、评估与应用这一关键问题,借助功能磁共振成像(fMRI)信号揭示反馈训练神经基础的优势,通过脑电(EEG)信号与fMRI信号的融合分析,研究能够从fMRI反馈迁移的EEG调节对象(迁移特征),将EEG迁移特征应用在工作记忆能力的改善,为促进神经反馈的应用转化提供科学依据。本项目的实施将对神经反馈的临床转化奠定基础,因此具有重要的科学意义与应用价值。

英文摘要: Neurofeedback makes people learn to self-regulate brain activity by feeding back information about the brain activity, which is a noninvasive and low side-effect method of cognitive function training. However, the applications of neurofeedback in improving cognitive function have just started, and some key scientific and technological problems starve for being solved. Among them, the reasonable and effective regulated object (or feedback information) is a primary prerequisite while applying neurofeedback in training to improve cognitive function. The project is mainly based on the advantages of neural basis about feedback training revealed by fMRI signals, and the conjoint EEG-fMRI analysis. Directing at the critical issues about construction, evaluation and application of the regulated object, the project will investigate the regulated object of EEG signal which can be transferd from fMRI signal (or transferable feature), and apply the transformation feature in improving the working memory, which can provide scientific basis for promoting the conversion of neurofeedback applications. The implementation of the project will lay the foundation for converting neurofeedback applications to clinical applications, which has quite important scientific significance and application value.
