中文摘要: 针刺机制是近年来国内外研究的热点,脑被认为是针刺发挥效应的重要途径,大脑左右半球功能存在偏侧化差异已在很多领域得到证实,而针刺穴位效应是否存在脑功能偏侧化国内外尚未见报道。本项目针对"针刺穴位脑功能改变具有偏侧化特点"这一假说,利用多模态功能磁共振成像技术,即基于针刺即刻效应的任务态和基于脑网络功能连接的静息态功能磁共振成像,针刺健康志愿者左侧和右侧合谷穴和足三里穴,分析针刺即刻效应对脑功能的影响及针刺后效应对脑特定功能网络连接的影响,探讨脑功能激活区偏侧化分布的特点及脑区的意义,揭示针刺效应的偏侧化特点及针刺调节脑功能的关键脑区。本研究对解释针刺穴位中枢相对特异性具有重要意义,为进一步深入针刺穴位机制研究提供新的方向和思路。

英文摘要: In recent years, a lot of studies on acupuncture fMRI were made and some interesting results were demonstrated. But the mechanism of acupuncture has not yet been clarified. Brain is considered to play an important role in the effects of acupuncture. Lateralization of the brain function has been confirmed in many fields, but lateralization of brain areas activated by acupuncture has not been reported at home and abroad. Based on the hypothesis of "brain activated areas due to acupuncture have lateralizing features", this project using multi-mode functional magnetic resonance imaging, including task-state fMRI based on acupuncture immediately effect and resting-state fMRI of brain network functional connection, analysis the changes of brain activated areas during acupuncture and the specific functional network connection during and after acupuncture at left and right ST36(zusanli) and LI4(hegu). The project discusses lateralizing distributing of brain activated areas and try to explain these areas.The project aimed at revealing the lateralization of brain activated areas due to acupuncture and finding out the key brain areas attributed to the effect of acupuncture at certain acupoint. This project has important value to explain the relative specificity of acupuncture, and also to provide a new direction and idea
