中文摘要: 海洋环境下的目标探测与识别是海洋监管能力和海洋作战能力的强有力保障,复杂背景下时变信息的有效获取是其中的关键问题。分数阶傅里叶变换作为一种非平稳信号分析工具,可以有效地获得信号细节特征,并且具有快速算法。本项目以海洋环境下港口进出渔船的监视、重点区域特定功能船只的管理、海面军用船舶的识别和低空螺旋桨飞机的识别为应用背景,研究分数阶傅里叶变换离散快速算法、二维分数阶傅里叶变换性质等基本理论,并利用分数阶傅里叶变换在处理非平稳信号方面的优势,研究分数阶傅里叶域图像处理、基于分数阶傅里叶变换的海洋微弱目标探测和目标微动特征提取、结合雷达、光学、红外等多种探测手段的分数阶傅里叶域海洋目标探测与识别,并在海监船舶中对理论和算法进行实验验证。上述研究将建立基于分数阶傅里叶变换的目标探测理论体系,并提升海洋环境下目标探测与识别的效率。

英文摘要: Target detection and recognition in the marine environment provide a powerful means for ability of the marine regulatory and the marine combat. How to obtain the time-varying information effectively in the complex background is a key issue for the target detection and recognition. The fractional Fourier transform is an important tool for processing the nonstationary signal, which can obtain details of the signal and has the fast digital computation method. This project adopt the monitoring pass of fishing boats, the management of specific functional vessels in key areas, and the identification of military vessels and the low-altitude propeller aircraft as the research background. Then this project mainly investigates the discrete fast computation method and two dimensional properties for the fractional Fourier transform. Moreover, this project is also concerned with the image processing, weak target detection and micro-Doppler analysis, target detection and recognition combining multiple techniques including the radar and the optical detection methods, as well as experimental verification for the theory and algorithms in the surveillance ship. The whole research will establish a frame for the target detection by the fractional Fourier transform and enhance the efficiency of target detection and identification.
