中文摘要: 针对高性能数控系统在嵌入式系统实施时所迫切需要解决的问题,定性定量分析关键时间指标如控制环的采样频率、插补周期对于数控系统性能的影响,研究数控系统控制环节对于实施过程引起的延迟和抖动的敏感性。在对数控系统任务模型进行深入分析的基础上,采用控制/调度协同设计的方法,一方面在控制器算法设计初期,就考虑任务实施过程中的各种不确定因素;另一方面根据量化的目标函数,采用反馈调度的方法实现实时控制系统的任务调度,在满足实施环境计算资源约束条件的同时确保数控系统的性能。采用该方法的优势在于:可实现对有限资源的优化调度,从而提高计算资源的利用率;确保数控系统在控制器工作状况及负荷变化情况下关键实时控制任务的顺利实施,提高了系统的可靠性。项目研究对于解决高性能数控系统的嵌入式控制的实施问题具有重要的理论研究意义和良好的应用前景。

英文摘要: For the implementation of high performance numerical control system, this project study the effect of timing qualitatively and quantitatively to performance of control system, such as sample freque ncy and interpolation period. This project will also study the sensibility of implementation by the delay and jitter. Based on the analysis of task model of control system, the control/scheduling co-design method was adopted to consider the various uncertain factors in the beginning of controller design and feedback scheduling method is adopted to realize the task scheduling of the real time control system according to target function, to guarantee the control system performance while meet the constrain of the computing resources. The advantage of the method is promote the efficiency of the computing resources and realize the optimizing scheduling of the limited resources to success fully implement the key real time control task on the occasion of the varying load and promote the reliability of the system. This research will have positive effect on the implementation of the high performance embedded numerical control system.
