中文摘要: 本项目采用溶胶凝胶结合熔盐工艺在碳纤维表面原位生成石墨烯。研究原料配比、热处理温度、热处理时间、气氛、压力等工艺参数对碳纤维表面碳纳米材料生成物(微观结构、成分)的影响。弄清熔盐法在碳纤维表面生成石墨烯的影响规律,掌握熔盐法在碳纤维表面形成石墨烯的关键工艺参数,重点研究碳纤维表面原位生成石墨烯的生成机制。研究碳纤维-石墨烯多尺度增强体中碳纤维表面石墨烯连接方式和连接强度,获得碳纤维-石墨烯多尺度增强体微观结构对硅树脂基复合材料的界面剪切强度的影响规律,为开发高性能的碳纤维-石墨烯多尺度增强体材料奠定理论和工程基础。

英文摘要: In this project, we explore sol-gel process following by molten salts method to fabricate multiscale carbon fiber-graphene reinforcement. Some processing parameters (including original materials, heat treatment temperatures, heat treatment time, atmosphere and pressure) can result in the formation of different type carbon materials with nanostructure. Our aim is to master the key processing parameters of graphene formation and effect of processing parameters on graphite intercalation compounds on carbon fiber surface by using sol-gel process following by molten salt method. We focus on the formation mechanism of graphene on the surface of carbon fiber. The bonding type and bonding strength between graphene and carbon fiber will be studied. Multiscale carbon fiber-graphene reinforced silicone resin composites are prepared, the reason for enhancement of interfacial shear strength of multiscale carbon fiber-graphene reinforced silicone resin composites will be investigated in detail, which lay a strong foundation for theoretical study and engineering application of high performance multiscale carbon fiber-graphene reinforcement.
