中文摘要: 甘蓝型油菜是重要的油料作物,我国90%油菜种植区域分布在长江流域各省,要求种植的品种既能够安全越冬,又要兼具高产和早熟的特点。课题组对238个代表性甘蓝型油菜品种(包括21个典型欧洲冬油菜品种、63个来源于加拿大、澳大利亚等地的春油菜品种和154个来源于中国各地的油菜品种)进行了重测序,获得350万个高质量SNP和60万个InDel标记。本项目中,我们拟对重测序数据进行分析,获得全基因组高密度单倍型图谱,挖掘甘蓝型油菜基因组中全部开花相关基因,并对开花期进行全基因组关联分析和候选基因关联分析,鉴定与开花期显著关联的标记位点及其所对应的开花基因,分析这些位点在冬性、春性和半冬性油菜中的分化,结合不同生态类型代表性油菜品种转录组分析,构建调控油菜开花期的基因网络,揭示决定甘蓝型油菜生态型形成的关键基因或基因组合,为快速选育适合不同生态地区和不同耕作制度的品种服务。

英文摘要: Brassica napus is one of worldwide important oil crops. 90% rapeseeds in China are planted in Yangtze River Basin and require living through the winter but flower earlier with high yield. We had resequenced 238 lines (including 21 typical European winter rapeseed, 63 Canada and Australia spring rapeseed and 154 China varieties) and indentified 35 million SNPs and 0.6million InDels. The study here will construct firstly an ultra-dense haplotype map based on accomplished sequencing data to identify all known genes contributing to flowering time in B. napus. Genome-wide association study and candidate gene approach will be then performed to indentify all loci and corresponding genes related to flowering time. Together with the transcriptome analysis and the investigation on sequence variation of those loci in three different ecotypes, a gene network controlling flowering time in B. napus will be finally constructed and the genes or gene combinations for different ecotypes differentiation will be also revealed. The results will be useful for rapid breeding of varieties with suitable flowering time for different regions or different cropping system by such marker assistant selection or whole genome selection.
