中文摘要： 本项目研究胡椒酸乙二胺的合成及其降血脂成药性研究，是从常用中药材中提取胡椒碱基础上合成的降血脂作用比较显著的半天然化合物，也是新合成的化合物。通过降血脂药效试验及急性毒性试验的结果表明胡椒酸乙二胺是具有很高开发价值的降血脂化合物，国内外还没有发现胡椒酸乙二胺的合成工艺和生产技术，这是一项探索性的创新工作。从微型实验一次合成10-20g胡椒酸乙二胺，进一步研究中试放大实验一次合成2-8kg的胡椒酸乙二胺，建立胡椒酸乙二胺分离纯化工艺，绿色降血脂成药物，力争达到中试生产。

英文摘要： Synthesis of this project research piperic acid ethylenediamine and hypolipidemic druggability research is based on the extraction of compound piperine synthesis of hypolipidemic remarkable semi natural compounds are also synthesized from commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. The hypolipidemic efficacy and acute toxicity test results showed that pepper acid ethylenediamine is of high value for development of hypolipidemic compounds at home and abroad have found no synthesis process and production technology of piperic acid ethylenediamine, this is a creative work of exploratory.From the micro experiment a synthetic 10-20g pepper acid ethylenediamine, further study on the experiments of a synthetic 2-8kg pepper acid ethylenediamine, establishment of piperic acid ethylenediamine purification, green hypolipidemic drugs, and strive to achieve in the trial production.
