中文摘要: 钢轨波磨是目前我国高速客运专线线路钢轨的主要病害,直接关系到高速铁路的运营安全。钢轨打磨技术是线路养护维修的重要手段,其在高速线路上的理论及其应用研究是当前亟需解决的课题。本项目拟在现场跟踪测试我国高速轮轨表面状态的基础上,建立高速车辆轨道耦合系统动力学模型和高速线路钢轨打磨列车动力学模型,研究高速轮轨磨耗与高速列车-轨道动力学性能之间的关系,提出适合我国高速线路的钢轨打磨策略,包括打磨型面、打磨限值、打磨周期、打磨速度等,并得到实验室和现场试验的验证,从而构建高速钢轨打磨技术理论,为制定我国高速钢轨打磨技术标准提供理论依据。本项目研究对确保我国高速铁路长期运营安全和效益具有重大的理论与实际意义。

英文摘要: Rail corrugation is a major defect of high speed passenger dedicated lines and directly related to the safety of the operation of high speed railway. Rail grinding is an effective track maintenance method to combat with rail corrugation. The theory of applying rail grinding on high speed railways remains open a question. Based on the monitoring of the surface status of high speed rail and wheels of China, this project proposes to establish a vehicle-track coupled dynamic model for high speed trains and a dynamic model for grinding trains operating on high speed lines. The established model will be used to study the relationship between the wear of rail and wheel and the dymanic behavior of high speed trains and track. Grinding strategy, including grinding profiles, grinding limits, grinding cycle, grinding speed, etc. that is suit for the high speed railways of China will be proposed and subjected to laboratory verification. The proposed grinding theory could form a technical foundation for the establishing of China's grinding standard on high speed railways. The results of this project are of theoretical and practical value for the safety and long term benefit of high speed railways of China.
