中文摘要: 本项目拟以春尺蠖与木橑尺蠖(鳞翅目:尺蛾科)为研究对象,利用分子生物学手段获取两个物种不同地理种群的线粒体全基因组各25~30个,进行基因组学与谱系生物地理学研究;并对两个物种的谱系和分布格局进行比较。揭示春尺蠖与木橑尺蠖的种群遗传结构和谱系生物地理格局,阐明地质历史事件对种群动态的影响,发现不同的环境影响和适应方式在物种分布格局形成中的作用及其在线粒体基因组上所反映出来的变异。

英文摘要: The phylogeography of two geometrid moths, Apocheima cinerarius and Biston panterinaria, will be studied based on the complete mitochondrial genome. A total of 25-30 mitochondrial genomes from different geographic populations will be obtained for each species. By comparing the phylon and distribution pattern of both species, it will be found that the population genetic structure and phylogeographical patterns of both species. The effect of geological event to population dynamics will be suggested. It will be also worked that the effect of different environment in different species distribution pattern and the variation of mitochondrial genome.
