中文摘要: 化工批处理过程是典型而复杂的离散变量和连续变量共存的混合生产过程,传统调度研究对实际因素进行忽视或者简化处理而难以科学准确指导生产实践。本项目旨在研究真实环境下考虑不确定因素的化工批处理过程生产调度的基础理论、方法和技术,将突破既考虑不确定因素又兼顾鲁棒性的化工批处理过程生产调度研究瓶颈,揭示各种不确定因素对生产时间、生产调度以及生产系统的影响规律,构造生产时间模型以统一简化各类不确定因素,提出鲁棒调度、调度矫正、调度补偿等多阶段不确定调度策略,建立调度期望值模型、批处理过程调度模型、补偿随机规划模型,设计多种与模型相匹配的新型高效调度算法,研究应对不确定因素的方法,设计调度矫正规则库及矫正触发机制,提出基于模糊测度与模糊积分的多目标综合评价方法,设计不确定调度器,搭建仿真系统,实现不确定模拟与调度仿真验证。研究成果将为解决化工批处理过程生产管理瓶颈问题提供有效方法,提升化工行业竞争力。

英文摘要: Batch chemical process is typical and complicated hybrid production process where discrete variable and continuous variable coexist. Traditional scheduling research ignores or simplifies the practical factors, so it can't accurately direct the production practice. The project will research basic theories, methods and technologies of batch chemical process production scheduling under true environment where uncertainty is taken into account. It will break out the research bottleneck when uncertain factors and robustness are both considered. The affect laws of different uncertain factors to production time, production scheduling and production system will be revealed, and the production time model will be built to unify and simplify all kinds of uncertain factors. Multistage uncertainty scheduling strategies which includes robust scheduling, scheduling rectification and scheduling compensation will be put forward. Scheduling expectation model, batch process scheduling and stochastic programming compensation model will be built, and several new scheduling algorithms matching above models will also be designed.
