中文摘要: 结构为 (C^N) Pt (O^O)和(C^N)2Ir(O^O)的环金属配合物是一类优秀的电磷光材料,由于配合物的结构特征,当它们在主体材料中掺杂浓度较高时,分子间相互作用往往会产生浓度淬灭,降低发光器件性能。尤其是对于具有平面构型的环金属铂配合物,浓度淬灭现象更为严重。本课题将3-乙酰基基樟脑作为立体位阻β#20108;酮(O^O),与不同结构的主配体(C^N)反应,合成了一类具有大空间位阻的环金属铂和銥配合物。这类位阻β#20108;酮配合物的最大特点是分子的空间尺寸比叔丁基、苯基等大的多,能有效降低配合物分子间的相互作用。与辅助配体为乙酰丙酮(acac)的对应配合物进行相比较,这类新型配合物溶液光致发光效率有显著提高,例如,配合物(ppy)2Ir(acam)和(ppy)Pt(acam)的溶液量子效率提高一倍以上。将它们作为主体材料制备了掺杂和非掺杂发光器件,发现器件具有良好的性能,尤其是在高掺杂浓度下器件任然具有稳定的性能。例如,以 (ppy)Pt(acam)为发光层的非掺杂器件最大亮度、最大亮度效率和最大功率效率分别到达12000cd/m2、27.5cd/A和11lm/W.

英文摘要: Cyclometalated Platinum(II) and iridium(III) Complexes, (C^N) Pt (O^O)) and (C^N)2Ir(O^O), have recently received considerable attention in the fabrication of phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes (PhOLEDs). On the other hand, the device efficiencies tend to be deteriorated in high doped concentration by reason of intermolecular interactions, especially in Cyclometalated Platinum(II) with the square-planar geometry. A series of Cyclometalated Platinum(II) and iridium(III) Complexes with 3-acetyl camphor group as βiketonate ancillary ligand have been synthesized. The introducing of sterically bulky groups can depress intermolecular interactions of the complexes effectively. Compared with the complexes with acetyl acetone (acac) as ancillary ligand, the Quantum efficiencies of new complexes in solution increase evidently. For example, the Quantum efficiencies of (ppy)2Ir(acam)和(ppy)Pt(acam) are double higher than (ppy)2Ir(acac)and ppy)Pt(acac). The doped OLEDs and non-dopend OLEDs using new complexes as pigment show improved device performances. In the non-doped device of (ppy)Pt(acam), the luminescence, power efficiency and luminance efficiency is 12000 cd/m2, 11 lm/W and 27.5 cd/A respectively. It is obvious that OLEDs performances can be improved by introducing of sterically bulky groups in Cyclometalated Platinum(II) and iridium(III) Complexes.
