中文摘要: 以含氯环境多因素作用下的服役水工混凝土为背景,基于实测自然环境和室内模拟试验的大样本,获得水工混凝土的氯离子侵蚀参数,分析了含氯环境多因素作用下混凝土氯离子扩散的随机性和侵蚀特征,研究了含氯多因素环境下水工混凝土耐久性寿命分析的参数模型及构件耐久性分析模型和预测方法。全面完成了预定研究内容,达到了预期的研究目标,取得的研究成果为多因素作用下水工混凝土材料、构件的耐久性及寿命评估的进一步研究提供了很好的基础性成果。 完成了大量现场自然环境下的水工混凝土氯离子浓度及环境氯离子浓度的测试,分析了实际水工混凝土氯离子分布随机特征及扩散性能特性;设计并实现了模拟多种自然含氯环境下水工混凝土侵蚀的加速试验;初步掌握了含氯环境多因素作用下水工混凝土试件及构件氯离子侵蚀与扩散性能试验技术;完成了多种含氯环境多因素作用下水工混凝土试件及构件的氯离子侵蚀与扩散性能试验;研究了水工混凝土在自然环境多因素作用下氯离子侵蚀的影响因素及随机性,推断了自然环境下扩散系数等随机特性及其与环境影响因素的关系等;建立了基于因素随机性的含氯环境下混凝土结构耐久性寿命主要参数随机模型,水工混凝土构件耐久性分析及寿命评估理论。

英文摘要: The background projects for the study are the existing hydraulic concrete engineerings under the natural environment of multi-factors action, the erosion parameters of chloride ion of hydraulic concrete are obtained. The diffusivity randomness of chloride ions and erosion characteristic of concrete under the multi-factors in chloride ions environment are analyzed, and the parameters models and methods for the life analysis of durability of hydraulic concrete and RC hydraulic members durability under the environment are also studied. The predetermined study content in the application is accomplished comprehensively, and the subscribed study aim is attained, and the obtained achievement is better basic results for the study about the durability and life evaluation of hydraulic concrete materials and members under the environment in the further. The first, The large number actual measurement is completed about the sampling of hydraulic concrete and chloride ions density of concrete and environment in the natural environment; According to the chloride ions density of actual measurement of hydraulic concrete in the natural environment, the distribution randomness of chloride ions density and diffusion characteristic in the existing hydraulic concrete are analyzed.The second, the simulating tests of hydraulic concrete erosion for the natural chloride environment is designed and carried out, and the test technology for chloride ions erosion test and diffusion performance test of hydraulic concrete members is understood preliminarily.The third, the chloride ions erosion test and diffusion performance test of specimen and members for hydraulic concrete under multi-factors action are carried out.The fourth, the influence factors and randomness of chloride ions erosion of hydraulic concrete in the natural multi-factors action are studied, and the relationship between randomness characteristic including diffusibility in the natural environment and influence factors is also inferred. The fifth, based on the randomness of influence factors, the random models of the main parameters for durability analysis of hydraulic RC members in chloride ions environment are set up.Finally, the theory for durability analysis and life evaluation of hydraulic concrete members under multi-factors action environment with chloride ions is studied more systematically.
