中文摘要: 随着RFID技术的发展,RFID 应用无所不在,形成大量的RFID数据流,在支持各类简单应用的同时,如何高效地利用这些数据支持更为复杂的应用成为人们关注的重点。在复杂的RFID应用中,由于清洗后基本事件的不确定性、阅读器位置、覆盖范围、事件时态性等因素,导致RFID复合事件具有一个重要特征:非确定性。这种非确定性贯穿于RFID数据的整个生命周期,而目前主要研究工作大多关注标签EPC观测值确定性清洗方法和基于确定性事件的复合事件检测技术,很少涉及非确定性事件检测的研究。针对于此,本课题在数据流查询和数据流挖掘的前期工作基础上,深入研究非确定性RFID事务流上的事件检测技术,主要包括:基于概率的非确定性事件建模,以及模型参数估计和更新方法;非确定性RFID事件检测中查询处理和优化方法;基于数据挖掘的语义漏检和误检复合事件的处理方法。

英文摘要: With the development of RFID technology, ubiquitous RFID applications have produced a lot of RFID data stream. In addition to supporting simple applications, how to efficiently use these data to support more complex applications becomes a focus in data stream research. In RFID complex application, uncertainty of basic event after cleaning, which also involves reader locations, coverage area and temporal of event, causes RFID composite events have an important feature: ambiguous throughout the entire life of RFID data. Most of the current main research work concerns for certainty cleaning method of EPC of observed value and detection approach based on definitive event. But there is little work involved detection of ambiguous RFID event. The project study in a deep-going way on processing techniques of ambiguous RFID event stream based on first-phase preparations of query and mining of data stream. These processing techniques include probability-based modeling of ambiguous RFID event, parameter estimates and update methods; query and optimization techniques of ambiguous RFID event detection; researching on semantic missed and false detections of composite event based on data mining.
