中文摘要: 本课题从获得高亲和性、高表面活性硫化胶粉的改性技术及其装备设计入手,利用超临界二氧化碳的特性,采用不同硅烷偶联剂在超临界二氧化碳条件下对废旧轮胎胶粉进行改性,研究特殊条件下的改性机理;研究超声波辐射作用下的胶粉分散与共混增容机理,探索研究胶粉/橡胶复合材料界面的超临界流体技术辅助评价方法,制备泡孔均匀的废旧轮胎胶粉/橡胶发泡复合材料,研究发泡剂、胶粉含量和颗粒大小、胶粉改性及超声波辐射对发泡性能,力学性能,动态性能及导热系数的影响;最终建立以胶粉含量、发泡体相对密度和泡孔密度为输入变量,以力学性能、导热系数和动态性能为目标的神经网络预测模型。该项目的研制成功,将为废旧胶粉的应用、填料的均匀分散、填料与基体界面性能的研究及具有均匀泡孔结构的橡胶复合材料的制备提供新的技术手段和理论基础,具有非常重要的理论意义与工程应用价值

英文摘要: The expanded rubber/ Ground Rubber Tire Powder (GRT) composite will be fabricated using chemical blowing agent, the GRT surface will be modified by different silane coupling agent using supercritical carbon dioxide, the modification mechanism will be investigated, the dispersion of GRT in rubber matrix with the assistant of ultrasonic will be studied, the interfacial adhesion of rubber and GRT will be checked by supercritical carbon dioxide method. The effects of blowing agent, GRT content, particle size, blend morphology on the cell structure and physical mechanical properties (such as mechanical properties, coefficient of thermal conductivity, dynamic performance )of expanded rubber/GRT composite will be investigated. Finally, the Neural network model GRT content, which with the relative density and cell density as inputs variables, with the mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and dynamic performance as output will be established. The project successfully developed, it will be provide new technology and theoretical basis for the recycling of waste rubber, dispersion of GRT in the matrix homogeneously, the interfacial morphology between GRT and matrix, cell structure of blend foam, cell nucleation and cell growth at different blend morphology, mechanical properties and constitutive model of blend foam,
