中文摘要: 混合动力汽车(HEV)技术是一项能有效降低汽车能源消耗和排放的汽车新技术,而双离合器自动变速器(DCT)是一项非常具有发展前途的汽车自动变速传动新技术。国外对装备DCT的混合动力汽车开展了深入研究,形成了成熟的相关产品或概念车。国内在这方面的研究还比较欠缺,对其匹配及控制策略研究还缺乏一套系统的理论和方法。本项目以双离合器式单电机重度混合动力汽车为研究对象,以混合动力汽车匹配与控制策略研究为主线,以充分利用HEV与DCT两者的优势来实现混合动力汽车高效节能为目标,采用理论建模、仿真分析和实验研究相结合的方法,系统研究装备DCT的混合动力汽车匹配控制策略,建立一套完整的DCT混合动力汽车匹配控制理论,探索模式切换过程中电机协调控制方法,提出基于行驶工况识别的动态能量管理策略,研究混合动力汽车用DCT换挡控制策略,为我国开发具有自主知识产权的重度混合动力汽车产品提供理论和使能技术支持。

英文摘要: The Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) is a new automotive technology, which can effectively reduce vehicle energy consumption and emissions. At the same time, the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) is a very promising new technology of Automatic Transmission. The HEV equipped with DCT has been researched widely in foreign and the mature products or concept cars have ben produced. The domestic research in this area is still lack of systematical theory and methods in terms of their matching and control strategy. In this project, set the single-motor full hybrid system equipped with dual clutch transmission as the research object and the research on matching and control of HEV as the main line, making full use of the advantages of HEV and DCT to realize the goal of both high efficiency and energy save. Combining the theory modeling, simulation analysis and experimental research, the matching and control strategy for HEV with DCT has been systematically researched, and a complete set of the matching and control theory for HEV with DCT has been established.
