中文摘要: 本项目将以钙钛矿化合物为基质,拟探索在离子(稀土、过渡金属等离子)掺杂下,通过改变离子元素的掺杂种类、调节基质中各组分以及比例以改变材料内部晶场的强弱,发掘出具有应用价值的长余辉材料,尤其关注红光和白光长余辉材料。在合成技术上,通过调节各合成条件,摸索出最佳的合成线路;详细探讨发光材料的形态对其发光性能的影响。在机理研究方面,使用热释光技术研究陷阱深度,并结合电子自旋共振实验判别陷阱类型与填充状态,以此研究各种晶体结构缺陷在余辉机理中的作用,更深入了解微观结构与电子载流子输运过程,利用各种光谱技术研究其发光特性与动力学过程,以揭示余辉的机理。本课题的研究将为相关长余辉发光的研究提供理论依据,以便设计及开发性能更优,且满足应用需求的长余辉发光材料。

英文摘要: The current proposal aims to reveal the ion incorporated (rare-earth and transition metal ions doped) perovskite based usable long afterglow materials, especially for the red and white light emitting persistent phosphors. It is achieved via changing the doped ions, adjusting the stoichiometry of the matrix which could tune the crystal strength. On the view of technique, we optimize the synthesis conditions and investigate the morphology influence on the luminescent properties. On the view of mechanism, we employed electron spin resonance to reveal the type of the trap so as to study the effect of lattice defect on the afterglow, and the trap depth will be estimated by thermoluminescence. Then the microstructure of the matrix and the transportation of electron will be investigated by various kinds of spectra, and the mechanism for the afterglow generation will be proposed based on kinetics of the luminescence. The current topic will bring out a theoretical basis for luminescent materials so that a desirable long afterglow phosphors can be developed.
