中文摘要: 苋菜为苋科光合C4型叶菜,其红叶品种富含天然的苋红素,亦称苋菜红素。本项目以苋菜的红叶和绿叶表型植株为试材,利用外源理化因子(高/低温,强/弱光,光质,植物激素和不同外源活性氧等因子)和苋菜红素生物合成的前体,诱导或抑制苋菜红素的生物合成,从光合作用、光系统Ⅱ活性、抗氧化和抗光抑制的能力、体内活性氧产生状况等综合比较不同叶色苋菜植株的生长生理特性及其光保护,抗氧化胁迫的功能。筛选影响苋菜红素生物合成的主要因素及其在抗逆生理机制中的可能作用。与此同时,拟从富含红色素的苋科植物叶片、根、茎中分离提取苋菜红素, 检测苋菜红素清除超氧阴离子、羟自由基、单线态氧和过氧化氢等不同活性氧能力的差异及其剂量效应。本研究对揭示苋菜红色素的生物功能及其生物合成的调节、丰富和发展植物的光抑制防御和抗氧化理论的多样性,拓展天然苋红素的推广应用等具有重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: Amaranthus tricolor L. is a leaf eatable C4 plants belonging to Amaranthaceae, its red phenotypes rich in natural amaranthin. The present project will use both of red leaf and green leaf phenotype plants of Amaranthus tricolor as test materials. By using exogenous physical and chemical factors (such as high/ low temperature, strong/weak light, light quality, phytohormone and different exogenous reactive oxygen species) and precursor of amaranthin biosynthesis to induce or inhibit amaranthin biosynthesis, the growth property and functions of photoprotection and antioxidation were be compared comprehensively between two phenotypes from the aspects of photosynthesis, photosystem II activity, abilities of protective against high light and oxidative stress, and the in vivo generation status of reactive oxygen species. Screening the main factors influencing amaranthin biosynthesis and their possible roles in the mechanism of stress tolerance will be performed. Meanwhile, for detecting the differential capacities of amaranthin to scavenge superoxide anion, hydroxyl radical, single oxygen and hydrogen peroxide, the isolated amaranthin will extract from leaves, roots, stems of red phenotype plants.
