中文摘要: 研究与应用优化技术进行生产计划与调度是提供经济效益的重要手段。本课题把博弈理论、多智能体技术及演化算法引入制造业生产计划与调度领域,充分考虑柔性作业车间工序对机器指定不唯一且生产计划与调度无法分离的特点,建立生产计划与调度集成优化模型,并在充分探索博弈模型、智能体构造、演化算法等的基础上提出多智能体演化博弈方法,并对所建问题模型进行求解,为企业生产计划和调度提供决策支持,提高企业经济效益。本课题研究成果具有明显的创新性,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: Research and application of optimization techniques for production planning and scheduling is an important means of providing economic benefits. In this research, game theory, multi-agent technology, and evolutionary algorithms are introduced into manufacturing production planning and scheduling. Based on fully consideration of features of the flexible job shop operations, which are that the machine specified for a process is not unique and that the production planning and scheduling cannot be separated, integrated production planning and scheduling optimization model is set up. After exploring the game model, agent structure,evolutionary algorithms, the multi-agent evolutionary game optimization algorithm is proposed, which is applied to the flexible job shop production planning and scheduling for decision support. The enterprise economic benefits are improved. This research is of obvious innovation, theoretical significance and practical value.
