中文摘要： 商业模式是信息时代企业获取竞争优势的重要源泉。针对现有研究未能在共赢（消除价值冲突）与信息充分性程度、商业模式运作策略之间建立逻辑一致的联系这一问题。本研究首先在"要素-结构-功能"的框架下，运用调研、仿真等手段对商业模式的进行机理归纳和揭示。在深刻理解节点间的行为逻辑对商业模式价值创造的影响的基础上，抽取关键节点，引入共赢变量并考虑信息充分性程度，分别构建核心企业与主要参与企业，以及核心企业与用户之间共赢的商业模式策略性机制模型。基于模型均衡，本项目从理论上揭示（1）核心企业共赢行为与产品交易活动之间的最佳匹配关系；（2）共赢对商业模式业绩以及业绩分配的影响。进一步，结合已测量的核心企业价值偏好参数和参与者反应参数，对典型企业的商业模式实际运作进行诊断，给出相应的改进对策与建议。综上，这些结果将为理解价值链中的共赢策略、商业模式运行机制与业绩之间的逻辑关系提供重要基础。

英文摘要： Literature review shows that win-win consideration, information adequacy and operating strategy of business model should be coordinated in a uniform framework. This project firstly reveals and summarizes the mechanism of business model with the theoretical analysis and survey methods. Then, on the basis of deeply understanding the participants' behavioral influences on value creation in business model operating, it selects the key links, considers the win-win variable and information adequacy, and builds strategic mechanism model of the win-win business model between the core enterprise and other enterprises and between the core enterprise and the customers. Results reveal the best match between the win-win behaviors and product trading activities, and the impacts of win-win on business model performance and performance allocation. Further, focusing on the practice of some typical business model, the project also provides managerial insights. Overall, these finding together will construct a logically consistent foundation to understand the relationships among win-win consideration, the operation mechanism of business model and business model performance.
