中文摘要: 天基空间目标监测是未来空间技术的重要发展方向,其可增强对空间突发事件和异常情况的快速感知能力,实现对近地卫星和空间碎片的无缝隙监测。一方面,空间目标轨道确定是天基系统完成对空间目标动态编目的关键技术;另一方面,从天基监测系统的安全性出发,未来天基监测平台应具备基本的自主导航能力。由于星敏感器测量精度与平台对空间目标跟踪定轨精度要求相适应,技术成熟度高,可实现天基监测平台真正意义上的自主定轨。本课题以此为切入点,深入研究空间目标仅利用测角资料的轨道确定方法,提出一种融合星敏感器导航资料与跟踪测角资料的天基平台与空间目标联合定轨方法。本课题将就天基监测平台轨道设计、精确仿真环境建模、短弧段测角资料的初轨确定方法、抗差自适应滤波算法设计、融合星敏感器导航观测数据与空间目标跟踪测角数据(分别就单星跟踪和多星跟踪两种情况)对天基平台和目标实现联合定轨等相关技术开展研究。

英文摘要: Space-based Space Objects Surveillance is an important future space technology development direction. It can strengthen the space emergency and abnormal situation of rapid awareness ability. One side, Space objects orbit determination is a key technology of dynamic space objects cataloging; on the other side, from the flight security, the future space-based space surveillance platform has basic ability of autonomous navigation。 The space-based surveillance platform can realize really autonomous navigation using star sensor measurement, navigation precision adapt to space objects tracking orbit determination accuracy requirement, and the sensor technology is highly mature. For these reasons, proposed a tracking orbit determination method using the space objects tracking data and the star sensor navigation measurements. This project will research following issues: designing the space-base surveillance platform, star sensor autonomous navigation and space-based tracking observation on space objects under an accurate simulation environment of, and most of all, robust adaptive filtering method, the platform and space objects combined orbits determination using star sensor measurements and space objects tracking data.
